Homeschool Fitness is a great way to work physical activity, health and wellness, and socialization into your homeschool curriculum. Our homeschool fitness program is designed to teach children key aspects of various sports and activities with a focus on helping children develop strong muscles, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Classes have both an instructional element as well as time for the children to play classic sports and games. Our Homeschool Fitness programs run during a school year schedule, beginning in the fall and ending in the spring.
