Circuit training at its best! This 45-minute class combines intense bodyweight exercises with functional strength training to challenge your entire body and help create a healthier, stronger you. Designed for all ages and skill levels, each session is held in our racquetball court, providing a focused, energetic space to push your limits while keeping it fun and achievable.
