A three part series enabling families to access and enjoy the extraordinary benefits of dinner
together. Each session lasts two hours and will: (1) introduce new content; (2) utilize media presentations; (3) distribute
handouts to build a personalized family game-plan; (4) demonstrate and use multiple cooking techniques; (5) taste and
eat sample meals; (6) introduce the power of the pantry; and (7) tackle obstacles with ways to triumph. The highly
interactive format ensures each participant will leave with the power to personalize the class to their specific family
