Description

6 week total-body strength building program designed to maximize strength while bringing awareness to nutrition needs that support strength gains. Throughout the program, specific areas will be targeted to provide a full-body strength experience that will elevate the body. Sessions will be steady-state weight training, progressive overload and balanced from week to week so what is learned in camp can be practiced in a private or solo setting.
