Whether you’re new to exercise or wanting to take your fitness to the next level, the YMCA Personal Training Program will get you results. Choose your program and register at the Welcome Desk or online. Once you have registered, you will be matched with a personal trainer who will contact you directly to set up your schedule.
All personal training programs are set up on an Electronic Funds Transfer from a credit/debit card or checking account or can be paid in full with cash, check, or card. 1 and 4 session packages must be paid in full at time of purchase. Get started today!
