Masters is a swimming program for adults with its focus being physical fitness and competition for every ability. This group meets early in the mornings to work on refining stroke technique and developing endurance for competition either at the Master Swimming level, summer swim leagues, or for triathlons. New comers should be comfortable swimming freestyle and backstroke for 30min and be familiar with the breastroke and butterfly techniques.
There are 1 hour sessions on Tue/Thu 5am-6am(competing in big events/advanced), 6am-7am (advanced), 7am-8am (intermediate), 8am-9am(new/beginner) and a 1hr 30min session on Saturdays.Participants can come to 2 sessions per week.
